2. Change of Mind

However, we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit or exchange for items returned in original, unused condition with packaging intact, within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for:

  • Repair, if the issue is minor, or

  • Replacement or full refund, if the fault is major or cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

We may request photo or video evidence of the issue before proceeding.

5. Return Shipping
